PétNat Rosé: A Sparkling Rosé made from handpicked Syrah grapes. Naturally sparkling by use of the Ancestral Method. Our PetNat (Petillant Naturel) is bottled before fermentation is complete. The fermentation finishes in the bottle resulting in a naturally carbonated wine.

Flyer Red Blend: 'The Flyer' is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The grapes were sourced from handpicked vineyards located in Cortez, Colorado. An average of 18 days of fermentation in 1.3 ton open top fermentors, 100% malolactic fermentation, barrel aged 27 months in 100% French oak barrels.
Our Red Blend pairs well with Colorado lamb, stinky cheese, spicy dishes, wild game, chocolate truffles and weekend BBQs.

Vermentino: Vermentino grapes have been around since the 14th century. It is an obscure light skinned varietal that produces a light, clean, refreshingly crisp wine that is very floral with notes of pear, citrus, and grapefruit. A perfect wine for the deck on a beautiful summer day!
