Cava Mule AKA: Gilbert & Ernest

 

Ingredients:

1 oz. Marble Distillery Gingercello Reserve

3 oz. 1 + 1 = 3 Cava, chilled (or other dry sparkling wine)

1 Luxardo Cherry

Directions:

  1. Pour Gingercello into flute

  2. Add Cava

  3. Drop in a Cherry

  4. Enjoy!

Alternative Garnish: Serve with a lime wedge instead of a cherry.
