Acme’s Irish Coffee with Homemade Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cubes
Ingredients:
1 bottle of strong cold brew coffee
1 Tbsp simple syrup
1.5 oz Irish Whiskey, we suggest Teeling Single Pot Still Irish Whiske
1 oz heavy cream
Ice
Shaved dark chocolate (optional)
Tools Needed:
True Colossal Ice Cube Tray
Stainless steel mug
Cocktail shaker
Cocktail strainer
Stainless steel straw
Directions:
Part 1: Cold Brew Ice Cubes
The day before you plan to imbibe, fill your True Colossal Ice Cube Tray with your favorite cold brew coffee.
Put it in your freezer and let it freeze overnight.
Part 2: Irish Coffee
Add 4 oz of cold brew coffee, simple syrup, heavy cream, and Irish Whiskey to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake for about 30 seconds, until cold.
Use your True strainer and pour into a stainless steel mug, over your cold brew ice cube(s).
